When will I receive my order?
Depending on your location, the package may be delivered within 2-5 business days once the order has been shipped. But note, these estimated timeframes may vary during the holiday season.
Can I see a proof of the notecards before you print?
Absolutely. I’d be happy to provide a proof for you before printing. Please leave a note request when checking out and I’ll send the proof via email with 24-48 hours
Can you provide more details about the flat cards?
– Each set comes with the same number of envelopes
– The cards sizes are A2 FLAT notecards – 5.50” x 4.25” (W x H)
– They are digitally flat printed on heavy 110lb., smooth finish, white, heavyweight paper and packaged in a clear cellophane bag
– The envelopes included are 70lb., text paper stock
Can you print custom notecard designs?
Please send me a message and depending on the request and delivery timeframe, I might be able to help.
Can you ship to multiple addresses?
Currently, each order can only be shipped to a single address. To ship items to multiple addresses, please place separate orders and provide the appropriate shipping details for each.Content
How are items packaged?
We use USPS first class with the option for priority at checkout. Notepads, Flat Cards and Folded Cards Sets of 10, 20, and 30 come in a resealable cellophane sleeve. Flat Cards and Folded Cards Sets of 40 and more are packaged in a clear plastic box for easy storage.
Do you print your logo on the stationery?
No logo for the flat cards but our logo is printed on the folded cards and the chipboard backing of our notepads
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, If your order hasn’t shipped yet, please contact us as soon as possible to begin the process for a full refund.

Can you print on the back of the card?
Yes, please message me for a double sided print quote.
Can I return or exchange my order?
Due to the personalized nature of these products, once printed and shipped returns are not accepted but please contact me if you have any issues with the order
There's an error on my order
If the error is my fault, please let me know and I will be happy to fix the issue for you ASAP at no charge. A new purchase will be required otherwise.
